The Institute for the Humanities will be closed for the winter break starting the afternoon of December 13 through January 5, 2025. We will review requests after we re-open on January 6, 2025.

Please complete your submission ONLY after reviewing the Institute Space Policy.

Please read and sign the above form AND fill out the co-sponsorship request form if your request involves the use of the Institute for the Humanities space. The space is not guaranteed until we send you a confirmation and you return your signed Institute Space Policy form.

Please review our calendar to see if your requested date(s) is available. We may only be able to accommodate one event per day.

We review co-sponsorship requests every two weeks, excluding University holidays, on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

If you are requesting to use the space for an informal “sit and chat” event (reading groups, discussions) that does not involve catering, advertising, or funds, please fill out this form here and not the one below.
