Centered on the theme Crossroads: Data Science in the Humanities and Humanities in Data Science, the event brings together approaches that foster dialogue between scholarship on human culture and data science practices.
The four-day event highlights intersectional and interdisciplinary methods and methodologies, emphasizing how computational techniques can enrich humanistic research while also critically engaging the implications of data-driven approaches. Featured projects will include work in data visualization, digital collections, text analysis, corpus studies, natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), data management, Wikidata, digital fabrication and spatial design, and related computational methods.
